The Rise of Plant-Based Alternatives

One of the most prominent trends on the Expo floor was the burgeoning variety of plant-based milk alternatives. It was a delight to visit the booths of familiar brands like Mooala (a brand I’ve covered in the past here) and local favorite Milkadamia. The sheer innovation in this sector was truly exciting, especially my discovery of pistachio milk.
